- 2-3 years sales experience in medical devices or similar
- Effective work with sales management and customers, following sales processes
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good written and spoken German and English
- Clean B driving licence
Tasks
- Achieve AOP targets for west Austrian territory
- Increase market share in surgical valve products
- Build ethical business relationships with customers
- Lead selling activities with multiple stakeholders
- Identify and contact sales prospects
- Support surgeons and theatre personnel
- Present and sell products to clients
- Prepare presentations and sales contracts
- Collaborate with local marketing on national objectives
- Develop and execute account strategies using CRM
