- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tasks
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients
- Understand client needs and objectives
- Execute strategies to expand the client base
- Increase market share and product penetration
- Conduct client and conference mapping
- Identify high-value prospects and networking opportunities
- Demonstrate knowledge of company products and services
- Present and sell financial products to institutional clients
- Tailor solutions to meet client needs
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Address client issues or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
- Coordinate with marketing and compliance teams
- Develop and distribute promotional materials
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Execute business development strategies for expansion
- Generate new business and revenue opportunities
- Establish a strong network and reputation
- Maximize client ROI as a trusted partner
- Strive to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Maintain data integrity for sales activity
