- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and workshops
- Execute Proof of Concepts for prospective clients
- Assess client requirements and design technical solutions
- Integrate infrastructure into digital asset operations
- Ensure solutions meet scalability and security standards
- Present technical content to C-level executives
- Guide clients through the onboarding process
- Manage integration with wallet infrastructure and APIs
- Lead technical responses to Requests for Proposals
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Security teams
- Address customer feedback regarding platform capabilities
- Monitor trends in blockchain and digital assets
- Position the company as a trusted technical advisor
