Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 2+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Integrations, or similar engineering role with customer exposure
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including ability to write, read, and push production-quality code
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, and system integrations
- Comfort discussing architecture, performance trade-offs, SLAs, failure scenarios
- Experience managing integrations as projects, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, technical scope
- Strong communication skills, active listening, confidence leading technical conversations
- Ability to manage multiple parallel integrations, adapt to changing requirements in fast-paced environment
- Ability to push code on the job
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, martech, or data platforms
- Familiarity with retail, marketplaces, or media monetization
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English

- Own customer integration projects.
- Manage integrations from scoping to delivery.
- Push code for customer integrations.
- Answer deep technical questions from customers.
- Address customer questions on reliability and performance.
- Explain failure scenarios and system constraints.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
- Surface integration challenges to teams.
- Surface customer-driven improvements to teams.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.
