Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or prospecting roles
- Background in SaaS or B2B environments as a plus
- Exposure to Zoominfo, Salessoft, Salesloft, Hubspot or similar tools
- Proactive, energetic, and eager to learn
- Strong desire to succeed in a sales career
- Ability to learn new tools and industry knowledge quickly
- Motivation by targets and hard work
- Task prioritization and effective time management
- Teamwork skills and personal goal ownership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
Tasks
- Identify and research potential customers
- Launch outbound campaigns to engage prospects
- Conduct discovery conversations to assess needs
- Qualify leads for the sales team
- Schedule high-quality appointments and product demos
- Build and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline
- Log activities and track metrics in the CRM
- Monitor industry trends and competitor movements
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine strategies
