- Provide constructive feedback to service providers
- Perform four-eye principle accuracy checks
- Monitor and respond to public social media channels
- Collaborate with the Fraud Advisory Team
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and privacy laws
- Align with Communications on public messaging
- Monitor internal fraud reports and suspicious activity
- Partner with Analytics and Compliance teams
