Requirements
- University degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics
- Expertise in Reward Management and/or People Analytics
- Strong analytical skills with large datasets
- Translate data into actionable business insights
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; strong Microsoft Office
- Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
- Strong project-management abilities and stakeholder engagement
- Fluent in German and English
Tasks
- Design, manage, and improve reward programs
- Combine reward expertise with people analytics
- Translate data into actionable insights
- Advise leaders on reward matters
- Provide compensation packages for new contracts
- Manage promotions and salary adjustments
- Advise on grading and talent decisions
- Lead annual market benchmarking
- Conduct pay-equity analyses
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Review and update salary bands
- Steer sales incentive frameworks
- Review commission frameworks
- Track sales performance and cost impact
- Provide insights on sales incentives
- Act as sparring partner for sales incentives
- Enhance Workday reward processes
- Manage Annual Compensation Review in Workday
- Manage bonus processes in Workday
- Ensure data quality in Workday
- Maintain governance in Workday
- Ensure scalable system solutions
- Ensure compliant system solutions
- Provide positive employee experience
- Provide transparent employee experience
- Oversee annual people-cost planning
- Oversee mid-year people-cost planning
- Collaborate with Finance on planning
- Forecast people costs
- Conduct scenario analysis for costs
- Track people-cost budgets
- Analyze reward data
- Analyze workforce data
- Analyze people-cost data
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Provide clear recommendations
- Provide actionable recommendations
- Lead HR initiatives
