Requirements
- •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field
- •5+ years of strong project management skills including risk management
- •Experience in Software Development and Software Development Process
- •Good English knowledge (B2 Niveau)
- •Experience with Agile Methodologies for Software Development
- •Experience with Agile and/or hybrid project environments
- •Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar
- •Very strong communication skills towards internal and external stakeholders

- •Facilitate project mission, goals, targets, milestones, and resource requirements
- •Resolve conflicts within and between projects and functional areas
- •Monitor project progress, identify risks, and manage mitigation actions
- •Coordinate plans to meet project goals and priorities
- •Identify opportunities for business process improvements within project scope
- •Manage the Project Core Team (PCT) and contribute to policy and standard development
- •Manage change requests in alignment with the Program Manager and Product Management
- •Conduct mandatory design review meetings
