Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field
  • •5+ years of strong project management skills including risk management
  • •Experience in Software Development and Software Development Process
  • •Good English knowledge (B2 Niveau)
  • •Experience with Agile Methodologies for Software Development
  • •Experience with Agile and/or hybrid project environments
  • •Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar
  • •Very strong communication skills towards internal and external stakeholders

Tasks

  • •Lead planning and implementation of software development projects
  • •Facilitate project mission, goals, targets, milestones, and resource requirements
  • •Resolve conflicts within and between projects and functional areas
  • •Monitor project progress, identify risks, and manage mitigation actions
  • •Coordinate plans to meet project goals and priorities
  • •Identify opportunities for business process improvements within project scope
  • •Manage the Project Core Team (PCT) and contribute to policy and standard development
  • •Manage change requests in alignment with the Program Manager and Product Management
  • •Conduct mandatory design review meetings
