Requirements
- Vocational training, IT experience, or relevant degree
- 3+ years experience in IT system rollout
- Understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
- Excellent German and good English skills
- Service-orientation, responsibility, assertiveness, and communicativeness
- Business-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
- Organizational skills, initiative, and independent teamwork
- Analytical abilities and goal-oriented approach
- Critical questioning and unconventional thinking
- Knowledge of French (advantageous)
Tasks
- Oversee technical ORBIS installations from preparation to commissioning
- Manage follow-up activities for successful system deployments
- Act as the central contact for update partners
- Represent partner requirements as an interface with the company
- Monitor partner feedback and ensure timely task completion
- Define update steps for ORBIS releases with relevant departments
- Conduct regular coordination meetings with all update partners
- Collaborate with management, sales, support, and development teams
- Provide technical support outside of regular business hours
- Analyze and resolve installation problems with pragmatic solutions
Education
- Vocational certificationOR
