Regional Sales Director(m/w/x)
Driving IT automation sales for enterprise clients in the DACH region. Workload Automation or SOAP software sales experience required. Company car for private use, 6 weeks vacation.
Requirements
- Accomplished sales professional
- Strong background in Workload Automation and/or SOAP software sales
- Proven track record in enterprise software sales
- Experience from Broadcom, BMC, IBM, TWS, or Redwood preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interface with customers and prospects at all management levels
- Strong English proficiency
- Sales experience in enterprise software industry
- Focus on Workload Automation and/or SOAP software
- Preferred experience from Broadcom, BMC, IBM, TWS, or Redwood
- Success in managing regional sales teams
- Developing strategies
- Achieving high-growth targets
- In-depth knowledge of workload automation and/or SOAP software solutions
- Ability to discuss technical concepts with clients
- Tailor solutions to meet customer needs
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish rapport and credibility with executive stakeholders
- Ability to identify sales process challenges
- Develop innovative solutions to overcome challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- MBA is a plus
Tasks
- Lead and drive sales efforts across the DACH region
- Actively seek new customer logos
- Engage with global and enterprise customers
- Drive Stonebranch's product adoption
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the DACH region
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Manage and mentor regional sales representatives
- Foster a high-performance culture
- Ensure deep understanding of company products
- Ensure deep understanding of the competitive landscape
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers
- Demonstrate the value of workload automation solutions
- Identify new business opportunities within the DACH region
- Drive expansion into untapped market segments
- Maintain a deep understanding of workload automation technologies
- Maintain a deep understanding of workload automation trends
- Leverage insights to address customer needs effectively
- Work closely with product teams
- Work closely with marketing teams
- Work closely with technical support teams
- Ensure alignment on customer needs
- Ensure alignment on product positioning
- Ensure alignment on value propositions
- Provide regular sales forecasts to senior leadership
- Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership
