Regional Sales Director(m/w/x)
Developing DACH sales strategy for IT automation software. Enterprise software sales experience, specifically from Broadcom, BMC, IBM, TWS, or Redwood, required. Hybrid work, 4-week workation option.
Requirements
- Proven track record in enterprise software sales
- Experience from Broadcom, BMC, IBM, TWS, or Redwood
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interface with customers and prospects at all management levels
- Develop and execute sales strategy for DACH region
- Manage and mentor regional sales team
- Foster high-performance culture
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers
- Demonstrate value of solutions
- Identify new business opportunities in DACH region
- Drive expansion into untapped market segments
- Deep understanding of workload automation technologies and trends
- Work closely with product, marketing, and technical support teams
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports
- Native or fluent German speaker
- Strong English proficiency
- 10+ years of sales experience in enterprise software
- Focus on Workload Automation and/or SOAP software
- Preferred experience from Broadcom, BMC, IBM, TWS, or Redwood
- Proven success managing regional sales teams
- Proven success developing strategies
- Proven success achieving high-growth targets
- In-depth knowledge of workload automation and/or SOAP software solutions
- Ability to discuss technical concepts with clients
- Ability to tailor solutions to meet customer needs
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish rapport and credibility with executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to identify sales process challenges
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- MBA is a plus
