Tasks

  • Act as main point of contact for candidates
  • Guide candidates from first interaction to offer
  • Conduct first round of RS interviews
  • Extend offers for high-volume roles
  • Partner with RBP to translate hiring needs
  • Ensure clarity, speed, and positive candidate journey
  • Screen and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate interviews
  • Support RBPs on senior or complex hiring
  • Validate shortlists
  • Manage applicants
  • Perform reactive sourcing
  • Keep Workday updated
  • Follow RS-defined process steps
  • Maintain accuracy, quality, and compliance
  • Provide insights to improve candidate experience
  • Offer feedback to enhance RS processes
