  • Screen and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate interviews
  • Manage applicant communication
  • Support RBPs on senior or complex hiring
  • Validate shortlists
  • Perform reactive sourcing
  • Keep Workday updated
  • Follow RS-defined process steps
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance
  • Provide insights to improve candidate experience
  • Offer feedback to enhance RS processes

Work Experience
