Requirements

  • Master’s or PhD in Biochemistry, Biology, Bioengineering, or closely related field
  • 4+ years of relevant experience at advanced/independent level
  • Extensive hands-on experience analyzing biomolecules/biopharmaceutical modalities
  • Proven ability to design rigorous experiments and interpret high-quality data
  • Strong collaboration skills across multidisciplinary R&D teams
  • Familiarity with biopharmaceutical development workflows and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with instrument prototyping and prototype performance evaluation
  • Conference publications, application notes, and/or patent contributions
  • Ability to lead projects, train/mentor others, and represent the team externally
  • Rigorous, driven, and process-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and strong planning, organization, and time management skills
  • Curiosity and motivation to innovate, grow, and continuously learn

Tasks

  • Innovate and develop chromatography products
  • Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams
  • Define product requirements based on scientific evidence
  • Design and execute hypothesis-driven experiments
  • Assess hardware designs for performance and robustness
  • Evaluate prototype performance and drive improvements
  • Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
  • Document and communicate findings clearly
  • Present results at scientific conferences
  • Mentor colleagues and lead projects
