- Develop technical strategies supporting long-term plans and project roadmaps
- Collaborate with cross-company software teams to deliver complete workflows
- Identify potential project delays and recommend corrective actions
- Establish consistent development processes and best practices
- Communicate software strategies and resource plans to senior management
- Provide technical support for customer escalations when necessary
