Structuring quality performance KPIs across watchmaking value chain. Academic or internship experience in quality, industrial engineering, or data analysis required. Daily lunch provided, 4-day work week.
Requirements
- Academic or internship experience in quality, industrial engineering, manufacturing, or data analysis
- Master’s degree in Data, Industrial Engineering, Quality, or related field
- Knowledge of quality and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis, 5 Whys, Ishikawa)
- Knowledge of quality KPIs (FPY, defect rate, rework, scrap)
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong data analysis skills
- Fluent English
- Fluent French
- Application accepted without meeting all criteria
Tasks
- Define and structure quality performance KPIs across the value chain
- Identify and align with stakeholders on key quality KPIs
- Standardize KPI definitions, calculation methodologies, and data sources
- Ensure KPI consistency and alignment across departments and systems
- Develop and implement quality performance monitoring tools
- Design and develop dashboards (Power BI / Excel) for monitoring
- Integrate and structure data from ERP, production, and returns databases
- Ensure data accuracy, refresh frequency, and usability of reporting tools
- Improve data reliability and governance for quality
- Identify data inconsistencies and support data cleansing
- Contribute to improving data structure and quality across systems
- Support implementation of data governance best practices for quality
- Prepare the quarterly Quality Committee deck
- Consolidate key KPIs across movement, watch manufacturing, and market returns
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity of reported figures
- Highlight key trends, deviations, and areas of concern
- Structure and synthesize insights to support decision-making
Education
- Currently in higher education
