- Identify and analyze opportunities for process digitalization
- Support the design and implementation of digital solutions
- Contribute to transformation projects with business and IT teams
- Analyze and optimize operational processes
- Map existing processes and identify inefficiencies
- Propose improvement initiatives leveraging digital tools
- Support implementation and follow-up of optimization actions
- Identify and promote best practices in digital transformation
- Support testing, deployment, and documentation of new solutions
- Contribute to fostering a culture of innovation
