Requirements
- Technical or economic education (e.g. HTL, University of Applied Sciences, College)
- Minimum 5 years professional experience, ideally international
- Basic technical understanding, ideally product quality or inspections
- Strong IT skills, MS Office and ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
- Experience creating training materials (presentations, videos) is a plus
- Structured, accurate, detail-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and collaboration with international stakeholders
- Fluent English; German is a plus
Tasks
- Support quality standards for global POS items
- Coordinate inspections with suppliers and partners
- Plan and organize product inspections globally
- Maintain internal inspection and audit tools
- Structure and manage quality-related data
- Coordinate product actions across subsidiaries and warehouses
- Handle notifications from various stakeholders
- Ensure proper information flow and alignment
- Create and maintain quality training materials
- Manage training content in the training system
- Execute and monitor global quality surveys
- Support data-driven quality improvement initiatives
- Handle internal complaints as a backup
- Ensure up-to-date and accessible documentation
