Requirements
- •Degree in software testing, engineering or equivalent
- •4+ years manual testing experience
- •2+ years Test Management experience
- •Ability to create comprehensive test documentation
- •Knowledge of test data management concepts
- •Experience in non-functional requirement testing
- •Software testing certifications (ISTQB, CTFL) advantageous
- •Practical experience working with JIRA
- •Comfort with agile approaches
- •Experience in fraud detection or payments
- •English business fluent

- •Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and pipelines
- •Oversee the overarching test automation strategy
- •Implement test plans for manual, performance, and security testing
- •Integrate testing into continuous delivery and deployment pipelines
- •Align test phase milestones with project management
- •Supervise and manage a multi-country team of testers
- •Participate in writing acceptance criteria across different levels
- •Assign roles and conduct performance evaluations for the QA team
- •Monitor quality metrics and report progress to stakeholders
- •Manage reliable and compliant test environments and data
- •Contribute directly to test execution
- •Ensure tests meet timing and quality expectations
- •Prioritize tasks to ensure the team works efficiently
- •Update test environment strategies with squads and release managers
- •Assess non-functional requirements like scalability and accessibility
