Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in law or related area
- 6 years work experience with Bachelor’s degree, 5 years with Master’s degree, or 4 years with Doctorate/PhD in law and policy analysis

- Demonstrated organizational and coordination skills
- Engagement with IT teams and software developers

Tasks
- Coordinate RiMAP and Refworld for interoperability
- Oversee technical development and usability improvements
- Manage the external release of RiMAP
- Pursue AI-driven solutions for user experience
- Identify and manage outsourced development tasks
- Lead content development for RiMAP across rights categories
- Integrate IDP and Statelessness legal frameworks
- Maintain and expand Refworld collections
- Update the Protection Manual and Thematic Areas
- Manage multilingual content in Refworld
- Collaborate with DIPS Sections and external partners
- Maintain collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Foster partnerships to expand content globally
- Develop communication strategies for RiMAP and Refworld
- Prepare advocacy and promotional materials
- Engage donors to secure funding for platform development
- Coordinate with fundraising teams for resource mobilization
- Advance UNHCR’s supervisory role in legal and policy work
- Facilitate legal analysis and protection programming
- Support decision-making on international protection claims
- Finalize RiMAP content for 40-50 countries by Q1 2026
- Implement enhanced search functionalities by Q2 2026
- Secure funding targets for platform maintenance by year-end
- Formalize collaboration agreements with academic institutions
- Conduct annual stakeholder meetings for feedback
