Project Manager (Portfolio Management)(m/w/x)
Consolidating project updates and monitoring portfolio performance for FMCG supply chains. 3-5 years of project management experience required. Support for idea realization, diversity, and development.
Requirements
- 3-5 years project, program, or portfolio management experience
- End-to-end Supply Chain know-how, FMCG environment preferred
- Consulting experience (advantageous)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Operations, Supply Chain, or Project Management
- Driving cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
- Excellent MS Office (PowerPoint) proficiency
- Proactive, People-Person & Progressive-Learner traits
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Communicating complex situations straightforwardly
- Familiarity with project management tools
Tasks
- Collaborate with project teams to collect and consolidate updates
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of portfolio performance
- Monitor project health, including timeline and budget
- Track deliverables and coordinate cross-portfolio dependencies
- Assess project risks and anticipate challenges
- Execute mitigation strategies and keep stakeholders informed
- Support Portfolio Manager in preparing reports and materials
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders for project prioritization
- Develop portfolio roadmaps at program and project levels
- Ensure alignment with strategic goals and budget constraints
- Provide quarterly updates to the organization via a portfolio newsletter
- Evaluate impact assessment for new project proposals
- Ensure alignment with existing portfolio objectives
- Promote collaboration to avoid siloed decision-making
- Define, design, and execute proposed solutions
- Provide guidance to project owners on portfolio framework standards
- Ensure project goals and benefits are understood by leadership
- Engage stakeholders to promote buy-in for new processes
- Support change management initiatives
- Facilitate project review meetings for alignment with portfolio goals
- Assist in portfolio review meetings by preparing materials
- Summarize outcomes of portfolio review meetings
- Collect and validate project data with the project team
- Conduct regular data quality checks
- Ensure data reliability and completeness for portfolio dashboards
- Provide insights into progress, risks, and resource allocation
- Encourage Project Owners to update information on Workfront
- Brainstorm practical improvements to PM methodologies
- Partner with Portfolio Manager to enhance tool setup
- Improve communication paths for the high-impact team
