Requirements
- 3 years experience or specialized qualification in logistics/supply chain management, ideally in FMCG
- End-to-end process management experience, preferably in FMCG logistics
- Strong critical thinking and improvement proposal skills
- Analytical and data-driven with large data set insights
- Performance-driven with achiever mindset and proactive attitude
- Ability to present results to logistics management team
- Advanced MS Office user, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Tasks
- Steer high-performing 3PL partnerships
- Embed sustainability in transport decisions
- Ensure seamless, cost-effective pallet flows
- Shape future-ready logistics networks
- Define and implement KPIs for 3PL performance
- Validate and leverage existing dashboards
- Monitor agreed KPIs, including IC sales performance
- Provide data-based recommendations to 3PL Logistics
- Develop sustainability initiatives with Logistics Technology
- Identify and implement environmentally friendly routes
- Continuously analyze and improve logistics cost structure
- Maintain and update rate tables in TM system
- Execute pallet management activities
- Monitor CHEP and IPP systems
- Control and book pallet costs
- Reconcile pallet stock
- Support onboarding of new pallet management partners
- Provide logistics insights for network design
- Support regular simulation runs and scenario planning
- Evaluate regionalisation and expansion requests
- Assess infrastructure, cost, and capacity implications
