Requirements
- •Master’s degree in Electronics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Economics
- •Solid technical understanding of electronics and IC Development
- •At least 5 years’ experience as a Project Leader in IC Development
- •Familiarity with Economics topics (Market Analysis, Business Planning)
- •Certification in IPMA Level C or equivalent
- •Structured working approach and proactive mindset with strong facilitation skills
- •Ability to quickly grasp complex project aspects and suggest improvements
- •Strong communication and presentation skills
- •Excellent command of English, spoken and written; German is a plus

- •Support project acquisition and future research topics
