Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Electronics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Economics
  • •Solid technical understanding of electronics and IC Development
  • •At least 5 years’ experience as a Project Leader in IC Development
  • •Familiarity with Economics topics (Market Analysis, Business Planning)
  • •Certification in IPMA Level C or equivalent
  • •Structured working approach and proactive mindset with strong facilitation skills
  • •Ability to quickly grasp complex project aspects and suggest improvements
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills
  • •Excellent command of English, spoken and written; German is a plus

  • •Take full project responsibility

  • •Define and monitor project KPIs and objectives

  • •Maintain project overview and manage interdependencies
  • •Oversee financial planning and control
  • •Manage the Research Unit’s project portfolio
  • •Support project acquisition and future research topics
