- Manage and develop innovative system solutions for business insights
- Bridge business and IT by understanding and translating requirements
- Improve user experience and data quality
- Find process efficiencies and drive conceptual discussions
- Challenge the status quo and design future-ready processes
- Enable users through structured change management, training, and communication
- Partner with global and local stakeholders for CPM solution embedding
- Support local key users in HQ and countries for tool and process questions
- Develop new system solution designs for Revenue Growth and Profitability Management
- Collect, analyze, and challenge business requirements
- Provide an objective and holistic perspective on processes and system landscape
- Avoid isolated solutions and ensure end-to-end approach
- Translate business requirements into system-based concepts
- Define project scope and document requirements
- Ensure alignment with cross-functional stakeholders
- Deliver or participate in complex projects
- Define project plans and work packages
- Set up realistic timelines and track progress
- Identify and remove project roadblocks
- Run workshops to challenge status quo and manage dependencies
- Ensure high-quality and functional integration of technical developments
- Define and execute end-to-end solution testing
- Orchestrate user acceptance testing
- Create and maintain accurate technical and process documentation
- Design and execute communication plans, trainings, and workshops
- Conduct online and on-site trainings for stakeholders and users
- Drive adoption and change in subsidiaries and HQ functions
- Strengthen change-management capabilities and awareness
- Manage and grow the global Key User community
- Foster exchange and create feedback loops
- Translate user insights into improvement initiatives
- Design and govern efficient knowledge management processes
- Ensure key users receive timely and relevant information
- Act as second-level support for CPM systems
- Analyze and resolve system and process issues
- Collaborate with IT to resolve technical issues
- Identify and address areas for system improvements
