Requirements
- 3-5 years relevant Finance experience, ideally Sales Controller in FMCG
- University degree in business administration/finance
- English fluency
- Knowledge of financial software and tools (Excel, SAP, Hyperion, BI Planning, or similar)
- Knowledge of advanced analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python) is a plus
- Proactive, self-motivated, able to work with different topics in parallel in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Team player
- Strong analytical skills

Tasks
- Support global Distribution Partner and Field Sales roadmap
- Improve global guidelines, concepts, and system landscape
- Act as business partner for regional Finance and international Sales
- Identify cost efficiencies and assess value chain changes
- Develop global controlling guidelines, KPIs, and reporting standards
- Create tools for efficient Distribution Partner and Field Sales management
- Serve as finance knowledge hub for DP and Field Sales topics
- Train Finance and Sales teams on DP and Field Sales topics
- Coordinate worldwide Distribution Partner planning and recharge
- Analyze global DP sales volume, value, and trade investments
- Perform ad-hoc calculations and country deep dives
- Enhance internal reporting tools and dashboards
- Challenge value chain, pricing, and promotional development
- Support DP and Field Sales launch and business case proposals
