Requirements

  • Background in IT, software implementation, or system integration
  • Experience in software implementation, system administration, development, or platform delivery
  • Interest or experience in document processing, output management, or digital communication solutions
  • Familiarity with EDI standards and formats (XML, EDIFACT, XRechnung, etc.)
  • Basic programming or scripting knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication abilities
  • Fluent German and English
  • Knowledge gaps can be filled

Tasks

  • Implement customer projects for Impress and e-Services solutions
  • Configure and adapt solutions for document processing
  • Configure and adapt solutions for output management
  • Configure and adapt solutions for e-invoicing workflows
  • Lead implementation projects
  • Provide 1st level support for existing customers
  • Provide 2nd level support for existing customers
  • Train customers remotely
  • Train customers on-site
  • Onboard customers remotely
  • Onboard customers on-site
  • Act as a technical expert for internal teams
  • Support presales activities with technical insights
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices
  • Continuously improve delivery standards

  • Bachelor's degree
