Tasks
- Own a part of the FM Operations Platform
- Collaborate with the CEO on product strategy and roadmap
- Engage in the entire customer journey from discovery to renewal
- Spend extensive time with customers to understand their workflows and pain points
- Define clear business priorities and requirements
- Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to ensure feature adoption
- Focus on revenue drivers, churn reduction, and price justification
- Make data-driven decisions using analytics
- Contribute to scaling Product Management at ToolSense
