Requirements

  • •Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or comparable field
  • •Several years of relevant professional experience in pricing, price optimization, market analysis, or pricing strategy
  • •Strong knowledge of developing and applying demand and market pricing models
  • •Experience with Excel, SQL, R, Python
  • •Strong analytical mindset with structured and solution-oriented working style
  • •Team player with initiative and enthusiasm for innovative and data-driven solutions
  • •Fluency in English; German and/or any Central or Eastern European language is a strong plus

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Support the embedded insurance team with data-driven reports
  • •Provide actionable recommendations to local and affinity insurance teams
  • •Develop and enhance embedded insurance pricing models
  • •Conduct competitor analysis and modeling
  • •Monitor market prices and discounts in coordination with stakeholders
  • •Improve analysis and reporting tools for conversion-related KPIs
  • •Analyze and optimize conversion rates throughout the customer journey
  • •Visualize and present results clearly to management
  • •Contribute to pricing governance and optimize pricing processes
