Requirements
- •Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- •University degree in natural or technical science
- •Experience in Non-Life reserving techniques
- •Solid understanding of accounting frameworks
- •Knowledge of reinsurance business is an advantage
- •Ability to communicate effectively
- •Excellent proficiency in MS Office
- •Knowledge of at least one programming language is an advantage
- •Strong team player mentality
- •Advanced project management skills
- •Fluent in English; German is a plus

Tasks
- •Analyze new business portfolios in reinsurance under IFRS and Solvency II frameworks
- •Support local Actuarial Functions with second line of defense tasks
- •Develop and enhance standards and guidelines for Solvency II and IFRS 17 reinsurance
- •Calculate and validate technical provisions under local GAAP, Solvency II, and IFRS
- •Support claim modeling for attritional, large, and CAT claims
- •Assist in the claims reserving process, including reserve risk analysis
- •Support the Group’s Solvency II process, including Technical Provisions and Non-Life Underwriting Risk
- •Participate in planning processes and monitor actual vs. expected results
- •Manage internal and external communication with regulators and auditors
- •Lead and collaborate in group-wide projects
- •Provide business requirements for DWH/tool developments and automation initiatives
- •Share know-how and best practices within the Group and provide training as needed
