- Convert conversations into business
- Build and manage a corporate client portfolio
- Generate leads through cold outreach
- Generate leads through networking
- Generate leads through face-to-face meetings
- Identify high-potential accounts
- Convert accounts into long-term partnerships
- Conduct engaging site visits
- Deliver tailored proposals
- Follow up on indirect sales channels
- Convert indirect channels into direct relationships
- Target key business districts in Vienna
- Target corporate hubs in Vienna
- Build relationships with TMCs
- Build relationships with relocation agencies
- Build relationships with event organizers
- Represent Zoku at networking events
- Represent Zoku at trade fairs
- Represent Zoku at local business communities
- Spot opportunities linked to city-wide events
- Spot opportunities linked to conferences
- Spot opportunities linked to corporate developments
- Generate demand for rooftop meeting spaces
- Generate demand for rooftop event spaces
- Position Zoku as an ideal venue for offsites
- Position Zoku as an ideal venue for retreats
- Position Zoku as an ideal venue for future-of-work gatherings
- Ensure a strong meeting and events pipeline
- Manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales on strategy
- Collaborate with the General Manager on strategy
- Apply value-based selling
- Focus on experience in selling
- Focus on long-term partnerships in selling
- Stay updated on Vienna market trends
