- Troubleshoot and mediate conflicts
- Handle safety and security procedures
- Support Sidekicks on the floor
- Manage special reservation requests
- Address guest complaints
- Handle administrative tasks
- Oversee daily hotel operations
- Manage Bar, F&B service, and Rooms
- Handle reservations and orders
- Check payments
- Oversee M&E operations
- Manage special events
- Improve skills in F&B and Rooms
- Continuously improve processes with an 'Always Beta' mentality
