Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in partner management within ICT or telecommunications sector
- Extensive knowledge of ICT and telecommunications industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic mindset with structured, solution-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel for partner and customer engagements
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in German is an asset
Tasks
- Acquire new business customers with sales partners
- Grow additional business with existing clients
- Identify and develop new partnerships
- Expand existing partner and customer relationships
- Analyze customer needs with partners
- Create suitable offers and ensure contract closures
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Develop and implement joint sales and marketing strategies
- Plan and deliver partner training sessions
- Manage and monitor partner performance
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts
- Expand the partner network continuously

- Bachelor's degree
