Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
- Experience in agri-commodity sector or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving approach
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management
Tasks
- Monitor daily and weekly packing operations performance
- Track throughput volumes, yield rates, waste, and downtime
- Identify trends and resolve issues with operations manager
- Support production planning and scheduling
- Align packing capabilities with raw materials and orders
- Track and assess operational KPIs
- Create and maintain performance dashboards
- Conduct cost analyses across packing operations
- Review cost per unit, labor efficiency, and overhead
- Identify cost reduction opportunities
- Manage raw material and finished goods inventory
- Assist with stock reconciliation
- Address discrepancies and supply chain risks
- Analyze supplier and raw material performance
- Guide procurement strategies based on supplier data
- Provide operational insights for FP&A reports
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain quality and compliance records
- Ensure operational documentation meets food safety standards
- Prepare operational reports and presentations
- Translate complex data into actionable insights
