Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Healthcare management, Veterinary medicine, nursing, dental industry, or related field
- •Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
- •Experience in multisite and healthcare industry preferred
- •2–4 years of experience in operational improvement, continuous improvement, or lean transformation roles
- •Demonstrated experience coaching others in operational excellence methodologies
- •Knowledge of process mapping, standardisation, and KPI systems
- •Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- •Ability to work independently and influence without authority
