Requirements
- •Minimum 3 years of onsite support experience
- •Excellent customer service and communication skills
- •Ability to work independently and take initiative
- •Organized, professional, and hands-on approach
- •Fluency in English and German
- •JAMF experience (strong asset)

- •Assist end-users with mobile devices
- •Install and replace IT equipment
- •Relocate and remove IT equipment
- •Troubleshoot hardware incidents
- •Resolve software incidents
- •Provide support for monitors, printers, scanners, and docking stations
- •Receive and inventory IT equipment
- •Prepare and install IT equipment
- •Provide clear feedback to users
- •Ensure timely ticket updates
