- •1-2 years of experience in a similar role within financial services
- •Problem-solving skills and ability to analyse complex technical issues
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- •Client focus and ability to understand client requirements
- •Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- •Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- •Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- •Desire to travel and see the world
- •Ability to work independently and manage projects
- •Passion for innovation and financial technology sector
- •Project management skills and ability to manage workload

- •Conduct regular maintenance activities, including software updates
- •Diagnose and resolve technical issues

- •Respond to incidents and service requests from clients
- •Document incidents and their resolutions accurately
- •Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders
- •Collaborate with the development team on system enhancements
- •Participate in testing and validation of system upgrades
- •Conduct training sessions for the client's technical staff
- •Share technical knowledge and best practices with teams
