Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of 365, Azure, Endpoint Management, Device Deployment, AV troubleshooting
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within financial services
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to analyse complex technical issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Client focus and ability to understand client requirements
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Desire to travel and see the world
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects
  • Passion for innovation and financial technology sector
  • Project management skills and ability to manage workload

Tasks

  • Provide on-site technical support for options trading technology systems
  • Monitor the health and performance of internal systems
  • Conduct regular maintenance activities, including software updates
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Escalate complex problems to internal teams
  • Respond to incidents and service requests from clients
  • Document incidents and their resolutions accurately
  • Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the development team on system enhancements
  • Participate in testing and validation of system upgrades
