- Manage inbound communication channels and correspondence
- Assist with maintenance and safety checks of premises and equipment
- Coordinate with contractors for maintenance and safety
- Run facilities contract services for building maintenance, purchasing, and more
- Manage meeting rooms and conference calls
- Handle administration tasks like invoices and office supplies
- Administer business cards and company merchandise
- Organize monthly office social events and engagement activities
- Book couriers for office needs
- Support ad hoc HR tasks
- Coordinate office moves and projects
- Open and close offices
- Manage landlord relationships
- Support marketing events and engagement activities
- Assist with health and safety programs and policies
- Conduct health and safety staff training
- Handle ad-hoc travel bookings for ExCo members
