Requirements
- Approximately 30% travel within Switzerland
- 5+ years commercial experience in retail, ideally FMCG sales
- Fluency in German (mandatory) and English (essential)
- Target-driven with a "dream big" mindset
- Strong analytical skills and extensive Microsoft Office experience (Excel)
- Superb negotiation skills during annual negotiation
- Willingness to go the extra mile for exceptional results
- Demonstrated project ownership and proactive, flexible approach

Tasks
- Manage the full retail channel
- Lead Swiss Off Trade strategy
- Handle yearly negotiations
- Interact daily with existing customers
- Onboard new partners
- Expand distribution
- Enhance overall volume
- Monitor Off Trade performance
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Meet or surpass budget expectations
- Lead KAM team
- Structure day-to-day operations
- Strategize annual promotional planning
- Execute annual promotional plans
- Ensure successful listing of innovations
- Organize regular performance meetings
- Track performance against targets
- Implement initiatives to achieve budgeted results
- Own NPS of off-trade customers
- Engage internal stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement of NPS
