Creating 18-month production plans for Nespresso factories based on dispatch and stock policies. Proven factory planning or supply chain experience required. Flexible working, B Corp certified company.
Requirements
- Proven experience in factory planning, supply planning, purchasing, or supply chain development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with detail and accuracy focus
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in planning systems and tools, accurate master data maintenance
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and stock level optimization
- Ability to challenge processes, drive improvements, monitor requirements evolution
- Strong organizational skills for task management and prioritization
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
Tasks
- Provide production requirements to factories
- Create feasible production plans
- Ensure timely availability of finished goods
- Build 18-month production plan based on dispatch and stock cover policies
- Collaborate with suppliers for regular follow-ups and updates
- Anticipate and address potential issues and opportunities
- Conduct monthly production review meetings
- Update production plan weekly to meet stock cover objectives
- Manage exceptions and propose solutions
- Ensure successful product launches and phase-outs
- Maintain retro-planning and track stock depletion
- Coordinate with suppliers to align capacity and forecast requirements
- Manage packaging changes and crises
- Drive cost efficiency by challenging and improving planning processes
- Optimize inventory levels
