- •University degree in medical/science, PhD or doctoral degree preferred
- •2–3 years medical/clinical science experience, ideally within nephrology
- •Experience with product launches and strategy execution
- •In-depth knowledge of national healthcare systems
- •Ability to network with national KOLs
- •Knowledge of healthcare decision making and compliance
- •Experience building relations with authorities
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Initiate scientific presentations and clinical data discussions
- •Present medical value propositions and educational programs
- •Identify and develop collaborative relationships with KOLs
- •Provide field feedback to support medical tactics
- •Organize and lead scientific advisory boards
- •Plan and execute scientific events
- •Support local clinical studies as required
- •Represent the company at global congresses and symposia
- •Engage with hospitals and patient associations
- •Liaise with health authorities and scientific societies
- •Advise management on medical and legal implications
- •Monitor therapeutic trends and contemporary scientific knowledge
- •Maintain professional peer-to-peer relationships with experts
