- •Minimum of 5 years MSL experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- •Rare disease experience, particularly in Oncology and/or Neurosciences
- •Demonstrated mastery of presenting clinical/scientific information

- •Identify and establish relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- •Serve as a scientific expert for the medical community
- •Facilitate the exchange of scientific information
- •Communicate expert opinions and feedback on clinical trends
- •Act as the primary liaison for investigator-initiated research
- •Collaborate with Clinical Operations to enhance patient enrollment in trials
- •Support medical congresses and lead clinical discussions
- •Lead national projects as delegated by medical leadership
- •Understand country-specific pharma regulations for MSL activities
- •Provide clinical presentations in various settings
- •Develop and execute territory plans aligned with strategy
- •Build relationships with clinical decision-makers at institutions
- •Partner with cross-functional teams for health economic data generation
- •Mentor new hires and less-experienced MSLs
- •Facilitate field medical onboarding programs
- •Support the Country Medical Director in KOL engagement planning
- •Collaborate with Global Medical Information to improve processes
- •Contribute to national and regional medical strategy
- •Provide scientific support to the Regional Medical Director
