Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Photonics, or related field
  • Current enrollment in a Master’s program (EU university)
  • Good academic performance
  • Basic knowledge of integrated photonics and optical modulation formats
  • Familiarity with coherent optical systems and RF–optical signal processing
  • Hands-on experience with optical laboratory equipment and measurement techniques
  • Experience with Matlab, Python, Comsol, or similar numerical tools
  • Motivation, detail-orientation, and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to document and present results using Microsoft Office
