Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or comparable qualification
- Experience in aircraft engineering and design
- Experience in manufacturing and supply chain
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (advantageous)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Negotiation level English
- Willingness to undertake irregular worldwide travel

Tasks
- Provide expert manufacturing engineering support to suppliers
- Manage interchangeability and material alternatives
- Handle complex deviation management topics
- Evaluate part manufacturability for industrialization
- Support supplier selection and qualification processes
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects
- Optimize spare parts and reduce costs
- Implement Design for Manufacturing principles
- Represent manufacturing engineering during work transfers
- Assess industrial implications of aftermarket requirements
- Support audits to ensure airworthiness compliance
