Fuselage Industrial Architect for future aircraft(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Degree level education in Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Technology, or similar
- Solid experience in factory planning, industrial lean line design, and system engineering
- Deep knowledge of metallic and composite materials, parts manufacturing, and related processes
- Proficient knowledge in industrial requirement management, business improvement fundamentals, and build concepts
- Proven project management skills in large and international matrix organizations
- Experience with Aircraft structural assembly
- Business fluency in English; German, French, or Spanish language skills are a plus
- Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity
Tasks
- Support the Lead Fuselage Industrial Architect
- Deliver an optimized Industrial System Concept
- Conduct special studies and analysis
- Perform trade-offs to meet expected performances
- Ensure industrial aspects are considered in Aircraft definition
- Synchronize Industrial System design with Aircraft design
- Drive formulation and validation of industrial requirements
- Develop the Verification and Validation (V&V) plan
- Create concept demonstrators for validation
- Cascade requirements for detailed Industrial System definition
- Co-design optimized Industrial System and Aircraft with Engineering colleagues
- Define the Industrial Baseline Dossier (IBD) for fuselage sections
- Drive progress of fuselage Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs)
- Ensure Manufacturing Readiness Levels (MRLs) meet criteria
- Manage activities related to Industrial System and Built process definition
- Validate processes for Metallic and Composite parts
- Identify main cost drivers to improve Figures of Merit (FoMs)
- Integrate efficiency drivers for the Industrial System
- Represent the industrial fuselage architect community in programs
- Collaborate with plant customers on pre-industrial accelerator projects
- Interact with Programs, Plants & Final Assembly Lines (FALs), Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and Technology teams
Education
- Bachelor's degree
