- Own QC growth performance across markets
- Account for QC MAU percentage and trials
- Develop and execute market-specific growth strategies
- Gain cross-functional alignment on new opportunities
- Monitor weekly performance trends
- Identify experience-related growth opportunities
- Define standards for QC exposure
- Enforce QC exposure across campaigns and touchpoints
- Partner with local growth and marketing teams
- Establish golden rules for QC visibility
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Commercial and Subscription teams
- Produce decision-ready performance reports
- Conduct deep dive analyses on growth issues
