Requirements
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance
- ADR certification or strong knowledge of dangerous goods handling
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (MSD)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and German
- French language skills are a strong plus
- Familiarity with cost optimization strategies in logistics
- Precision and coordination in logistics operations
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Ability to bring order to complex operations
Tasks
- Maintain synchronization between warehouses and manufacturing
- Ensure safe handling, storage, and transport of dangerous goods
- Comply with ADR regulations for dangerous goods
- Maintain accurate dangerous goods documentation
- Mitigate safety risks in logistics operations
- Stay ahead of import and export regulations
- Ensure compliance with international logistics requirements
- Track and resolve shipment deviations
- Log and address supplier non-conformance issues
- Identify and capture logistics exception expenses
- Ensure accurate cost allocation for logistics
- Collaborate with purchasing, engineering, and production
- Ensure timely deliveries and stock availability
- Refine logistics workflows
- Implement best practices in logistics
- Support warehouse management improvements
- Coordinate logistics operations in France
- Communicate clearly with local teams and partners
- Ensure efficient execution of shipments and processes
