- Engage with clients and potential clients as needed
- Guarantee high standards in flight simulation and instruction
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and improvement
- Optimize scheduling and resource planning for training goals
- Build strong relationships with regulatory authorities and clients
- Collaborate with department heads to develop strategic vision

Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
