Description

In this role, you will serve as a vital legal advisor, collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and support innovative financial products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include drafting legal documents, guiding partnerships, and enhancing legal governance.

Requirements

• •Completed law degree (Master/Diploma) from an Austrian or German university
• •Solid foundation in commercial, civil, corporate, and regulatory law
• •Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• •2–3 years of post-graduate professional experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel
• •Experience preferably within a regulated financial institution or fintech company
• •Sound understanding of financial products and digital platforms
• •Understanding of legal frameworks governing crypto-assets, financial instruments, and e-money
• •Analytical thinking and strong drafting skills
• •Pragmatic approach to problem-solving
• •Ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable guidance
• •Proactivity and detail-oriented mindset
• •Adaptability and teamwork skills
• •Excellent communication skills
• •Confidence to work independently when required

Tasks

• •Advise on product and regulatory matters
• •Support white-label projects and product innovation
• •Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing teams
• •Draft and review legal documents, including agreements and policies
• •Negotiate terms and conditions and regulatory filings
• •Provide guidance on partnerships and financial products
• •Develop internal processes for legal governance
• •Coordinate with regulators and external counsel
• •Support marketing and vendor activities
