Requirements

  • Law or economical Law Degree from reputable University
  • Postgraduate Degree/ CIPP/E or similar Data Privacy Qualification (plus)
  • Minimum 2+ years IT Law and/or contract law experience
  • Solid knowledge of IT Contract law
  • Experience supporting strategic and international projects
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Experience advising on Data Privacy and IT Security regulation
  • Deep knowledge of European Data Privacy and IT Security regulations

  • Ensure GDPR and cybersecurity compliance in contracts
  • Develop and improve IT contracting templates
  • Monitor legal developments in IT law and data protection
  • Assess impact of new regulations on IT procurement
  • Turn new legal requirements into practical guidance
  • Collaborate with IT Sourcing & Compliance team
