- Enable data reuse, consistency, and trust
- Shape AI governance and responsible use
- Define decision frameworks and collaboration models for AI
- Ensure AI initiatives align with organizational goals
- Manage stakeholder expectations for AI projects
- Facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts
- Establish lightweight governance structures
- Clarify ownership, decision-making, and accountability
